During the summer months I run (along with Rachel) an early morning Bootcamp course weekday mornings.
I also offer personal training at Studio 8.
I have been a personal trainer since 2002 and have helped clients achieve their potentials and surpass their expectations in all aspects of health and fitness.
I am also qualified in the field of nutrition for health and fitness, and in 2008 I had a book entitled “nutritional solutions” published.

Anna Wong
I have been a group exercise Instructor since 2003 and have been qualified as a Personal Trainer and a disability exercise coach since 2011.
I am fully qualified instructor in Exercise to Music - Aerobics, LBT, Conditioning, Aqua, Step, Pilates, Yoga Inspired Fitness, Body Pump, Body Balance, Cardio Kick, Spin, Kid Fitness-Street Dance, Zumba and Sh'Bam.
I am passionate about music and fitness, and happy seeing all my clients improve their fitness levels and change to a healthy lifestyle.
I personally love dancing as well as fitness, therefore being a fitness instructor is the most enjoyable job in the world.
Jennifer Wake
I have been an Exercise to music instructor since 2008 and I am also a qualified instructor in Aerobics, Aqua, Step and Toning and most recently Street dance. After having a baby I decided to become qualified in Level 3 Exercise in pregnancy.
In the near future I am also hoping to become a qualified Spin instructor and a personal trainer.
Nikki Littlefair
I believe fitness should be enjoyable and achievable.
I first qualified as a fitness instructor in 1990 having worked on cruise ships as a dancer and teaching fitness classes to the passengers. Personally I love to run and my challenge this year is to run my first marathon.
My husband and I have a small business where I have an office and have to sit at a desk frequently doing paperwork, not easy when you are a fitness fanatic (my daughters’ description of their mum!). I love to see class members enjoying their achievements and I hope to help lots more in the future to reach their goals.
