I first qualified as a fitness instructor in 1990 having worked on cruise ships as a dancer and teaching fitness classes to the passengers. Personally I love to run and my challenge this year is to run my first marathon.
My husband and I have a small business where I have an office and have to sit at a desk frequently doing paperwork, not easy when you are a fitness fanatic (my daughters’ description of their mum!). I love to see class members enjoying their achievements and I hope to help lots more in the future to reach their goals.
I teach Boxercise and I’m a licensed Booiaka instructor.
I am a fully qualified beauty therapist with addition of Swedish body massage, Indian head massage and nail technology and I work in childcare at a nursery mainly looking after under 2’s.
